Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful

Photographed by Nicklaus Yap
We often allow ourselves to be told too skinny, too fat, too much, not enough, basically anything that implies "less beautiful". Standards are sets relevant or irrelevant to define one's self-worthy and how it is a painful truth to be amongst the society that praises certain limit or standard. Judgement is often classified as "normal" and "needed". In order to fit in the society, we often asked to lose ourselves and be somebody who we are not just because that's what they wanted. Nevertheless, we often found ourselves trapped in the situation where anxiety, hopeless, and other negative attitudes start to affect our lives. Beautiful is an inner-peace and a feeling of self-acceptance that we are worthy, enough and just the way we are. Always appreciate yourself and proud of who you are. Do not let certain standards tell you you are not enough. Truthfully, we all have our kind of beautiful and we are all unique. Accept yourself for who you are :)

On this post, I was doing my natural make up. The usual beauty routine I always do for casual occasion with daily moisturizer, compact powder and lip-moisturizer. For my hair, I just blow-dry them without even bother to straighten em up.
